  • Can I ring adMooH®'s Technical Support?

    Unfortunately, no. adMooH® is a global service, intended to be present in all countries, states and cities. Every single display in a small city is a potential adMooH® customer. It would be impossible to receive calls from everyone. So we were clever to decide to offer technical support basically through a ticketing system. It's easier to receive, it works 24x7 and it's cheaper to handle. 

  • Unclaimed Withdrawal

    If your withdrawal is marked as unclaimed on your PayPal account, then you must verify the e-mail address you sent the withdrawal to with PayPal. Once a withdrawal is initiated, it will not be reversed. For more information, please see this PayPal article.

  • Problems logging in using adMooH app

    If you are having problems logging in/registering through the adMooH application, please make sure to:

    • Clear your browser's cache.
    • Update your browser application to the current version.
    • Update the adMooH application to the current version on the App Store or Google Play.
    • Reboot your device.
    • Install mobile updates.

    To have adMooH fully operational, you have to open 3 outgoing ports To our servers - *.admooh.com 80/HTTP  443/HTTPS Locally (localhost) - normally opened   9090/TCP
