The Display Network reliability is one of our priorities. Our technology has been improving daily in the anti-fraud system to avoid cheating. 

If the set top box is off, your campaign won't play, so you won't spend money.  If the set top box is on but the display is turned off, unfortunately we can't be aware, so we can't control. Fortunately, we have plans in the festure to work on a technology to check LFD displays whether they are turned on or not, and if not, don't play any ad.  Currently, we star displays, from from 0 to 5 stars based
