How should I request for my account to be verifies by adMooh?
The account verification process is very simple: the stamp to “verified account” is given to accounts compliant to adMooH guideline, in special for display rules and integrity.
Send us a request:
To have your account verified, please open a ticket in our Help Central with the subject: “Account Verification”. Please don’t forget to inform us:
- Your account (e-mail used in adMooH)
- Name and Surname
- Your company’s name and TAX ID
- Your company’s complete address
- Your company’s fixed phone and your mobile phone (including country code)
- Optionally, please inform us your Skype account.
After you open the ticket, our team will check your information and contact you back in up to 5 business days to get through the entire process and concede the stamp.
During the verification process, some more information might be requested.
Does this process envolves any local visit to the places where the displays are located ?
Yes. adMooH team will anonymously contact people in the places some of your displays are located. This is made in just a sample, not all the displays, and the number is based on the display network size. adMooH might also send people locally to check the network integrity.
