Can I add more displays after I have created my campaign?
No. You can't add more displays at this time. If you want to add more acreens, you have two options: 1) Create another campaign, add your ad file and budget (recommended) (*) 2) Delete your current campaign and create a new one with more displays (*) the option 1 is recommended because Digital Signage Owners have to approve your campaign before it starts to play. If you delete and recreate the campaign for all the displays, displays already approved will have to be approved again, and it sometimes takes time, depending on how often the DSO access his/her e-mail !

Can I create an ad campaign for vertical (9:16) displays?
Yes. be sure to select only 9:16 displays on your campaign, so your content will fit perfectly.

Can I have multiple campaigns at the same time?
Yes. An advertiser can place multiple campaigns at the same time. For each campaign, the advertisers must select displays and start date, and optionally select a max budget and end date.

Can I pause or delete an active campaign?
Sure. If you want to pause your campaign, just click on PAUSE in the campaign card. adMooH campaign system is realtime, so after you click on PAUSE, immediately all screens selected inside will stop, and you will stop spending your money. When you click on PLAY, your campaign returns to the original state.. playing. If you decide to delete your campaign, and create another, you can do that.

Can I place a video campaign on adMooH?
Yes, we can support MP4 video files.

How can I add credits in adMooH?

How can my statement be negative if adMooH is a prepaid service?
Any advertiser will be able to have a negative balance. We credit up to U$ 3,00 to every account so advertisers can test the service before adding credits.

How long does my ad takes to reach my selected displays?
It depends. After you place an ad on displays, each display owner will receive an alert on the software and by e-mail to approve or reject the campaign. We can't control it, but we know they are really interested on approving as fast as they can for the obvious reason the faster they approve, the faster they monetize their displays. In some cases they can reject, when the ad conflicts with they establishment. I have a SWF file and want to place it as my adMooH campaign
Adobe® Flash has been discontinued in most of devices, including cell phones, smartphones, etc. adMooH wants you to have the best experience when placing your ad Campaign, and we can't support a plugin which is not supported anymore from Adobe on these devices. Many of Digital Signage Networks use Android or Windows in a small device. For this reason, we don't allow SWF file to be inserted on your campaign and we will not allow at anytime in the future (unless Adobe change it's mind :) ) To solve this, you have a workaround. What are the media formats adMooH accepts?
adMooH works with Image files, PNG or JPG, and MP4 Video files.
We suggest advertisers to use the best resolution to fit the aspect-ratio.
For example, for 16:9 displays, you can work in FULL HD as 1920 x 1080 resolutions. See more about file resolutions here.

What happen with my campaign when my money ends?
The campaign keeps in "enabled" status, but stops playing until you add more credits to your account. But don't worry: you will see a big alert on the top of your displays and receive an e-mail to add more credits.

What happens if my Campaign is reject by some display owner?
If the publisher reject your campaign on one display, it simply won't play on that particular display. Supposing your campaign is selected to play in 10 displays, and just one rejects it, it will play in the other 9, spending your balance just when the is displayed on them. You can see how many displays approved your campaign inside your Campaign card. There will be in this case, a number: 9/10 which means it's been playing in 9 of the 10 displays you've chosen.

What happens to my campaign if the publisher changes the price per ad-print in a display?
In this case, your ad stops playing in this particular display, and you receive an alert to check the new price and approve or deny this display. This is fair with you. You selected this display based on the ad-print pricing. If the publisher changes the price, you must be alerted first, to avoid this display to burn your budget.

What is the recommended resolution for my campaign?
Simple !! Let's work in FULL HD, since most of screens are FULL HD. It's still hard to find 4K HD players or displays.
- 1920 x 1080 for 16:9 files (horizontal widescreen)

How do I access my ad-print report?
The ad-print report has been created to improve the vision and management of your investment in ad campaigns. It gives to the user detailed information of the advertise published in each display or in a whole display network in adMooH. Some of the information includes:

Do I receive a receipt for Campaigns I place on the system?
Yes. adMooH® will send monthly a receipt for each advertiser user who spent money on that month and for each publisher who earned money, discriminating all campaigns and money spent or earned, so you can use it to your taxes statement.
