I have a player connected to multiple displays. How can I set up the price for it?
Firstly, let's understand some terms:
- ad-play - each time an ad plays in your media player, you have one ad-play
- ad-print - each time one ad is shown on your display you have one ad-print.
- ad-view - each person who see your ad is an ad-view. Without a camera and a software to recognize ad-views, you can just estimate ad-views. This is not our focus now.
So, if you have one player connected to 10 displays, each ad-play will result in 10 ad-prints. If your player is connected to just one display, 1 ad-play will be 1 ad-print, so ad-play and ad-print in

How long does my ad takes to reach my selected displays?
It depends. After you place an ad on displays, each display owner will receive an alert on the software and by e-mail to approve or reject the campaign. We can't control it, but we know they are really interested on approving as fast as they can for the obvious reason the faster they approve, the faster they monetize their displays. In some cases they can reject, when the ad conflicts with they establishment. How can my statement be negative if adMooH is a prepaid service?
Any advertiser will be able to have a negative balance. We credit up to U$ 3,00 to every account so advertisers can test the service before adding credits.

How can I withdraw my money earned on adMooH?
You are a DSNO and has monetized your displays with adMooH. Now you want to withdraw this money to your bank account. To do this, go to Menu -> Transactions and click on the "Request Withdrawal" button. After requesting, the money will be transferred from adMooH directly to your Paypal® account. From your Paypal® account, you can choose the bank account you want the wire transfer. Notes:
- You must have a minimum of 15 dollars to request withdrawal.
- Your transactions on Paypal® are subject to Paypal® fees and/or taxes.

How can I add credits in adMooH?
For international accounts, you have to use your PayPal® account. If you don't have one, please create at www.paypal.com.

Getting Started with adMooH®
adMooH® is a Global Digital Signage Marketplace and allows Digital SIgnage Owners (publishers) to monetize their displays by finding advertisers (sponsors) to them worldwide. In this article, you'll learn some basics about how to use adMooH and find resources that can help you as you work.
Before You Start
adMooH® is a web-based application that works in most web browsers, which means you don't need to download or install any software on your computer to handle the web based part of the application. But, as a publisher, YES, you will need to install 2 other softwares:

Do I receive money for "your ad here" ads?
No. This is not exactly an ad. adMooH uses this to fill in the template with some content when your display is not full of real ads yet. From time to time, this "your ad here" ad will be shown on the screen and bring potential new advertisers to your home page in adMooH website to advertise in some or all of your displays.

Do I receive a receipt for Campaigns I place on the system?
Yes. adMooH® will send monthly a receipt for each advertiser user who spent money on that month and for each publisher who earned money, discriminating all campaigns and money spent or earned, so you can use it to your taxes statement.

Do I have to Install any software in my Set Top Box to run adMooH?
As a publisher, you have a choice of work with adMooH® installing or not the adMooH client in each of your media players. Although you can start working with us without it, for a faster time-to-market, we strongly recommend you to have it installed at some time, for the following reasons: 1) Caching: adMooH client will download all the advertisings (media files) prior to their starting date. This means your media will run locally, instead of being downloaded and played simultaneously. If your internet connection was interrupted or slow, you might have a gap , specially for 15 or 30s

Can I place a video campaign on adMooH?
Yes, we can support MP4 video files.

Can I pause or delete an active campaign?
Sure. If you want to pause your campaign, just click on PAUSE in the campaign card. adMooH campaign system is realtime, so after you click on PAUSE, immediately all screens selected inside will stop, and you will stop spending your money. When you click on PLAY, your campaign returns to the original state.. playing. If you decide to delete your campaign, and create another, you can do that.

Can I have multiple campaigns at the same time?
Yes. An advertiser can place multiple campaigns at the same time. For each campaign, the advertisers must select displays and start date, and optionally select a max budget and end date.

Can I disable "ad here" message from adMooH from my displays?
Yes, you can. You simply disable the template on your Digital Signage Management Software (CMS). But remember 2 things: 1) adMooH "ad here" template increases your sales, and by using this template, the advertiser comes directly to your personal page in your website, and will see not only that particular display, but all of your displays. Disabling our "ad here" template is not a smart decision. 2) if you disable the template and adMooH brings you any advertiser, DON'T FORGET to reenable it, otherwise even approving the ad campaign, the ads won't play and this campaign won't bring you any

Can I create an ad campaign for vertical (9:16) displays?
Yes. be sure to select only 9:16 displays on your campaign, so your content will fit perfectly.

Can I change the price per ad-view at any time in my screen?
Yes. But when you change you screen ad-view price, the existing campaigns runing on this screen won't be changed, but since you changed the price, the advertiser will receive an alert with your new price to approve. For example, if an ad is playing on your display for 2 cents per ad-print, and you change your mind and turn it to 5 cents, this ad will stop playing on this particular display, and the advertisers will have to approve this change. Refer to this article to understand what we say to the advertiser for the same question.

Can I delete my adMooH account?
Yes. You can go to your Account, and click on DELETE ACCOUNT. But there are some steps before deleting an account. You can't delete an account before doing these steps: 1) If you are a Publisher (Digital Signage Network Owners) - disable or delete all of your displays - request to withdrawal all of your money - wait for the withdrawal to be completed - may take from 3 to 5 business days - delete your account If you have money to receive and delete your account, you will lose all of your money. 2) If you are an advertiser -

Can I add more displays after I have created my campaign?
No. You can't add more displays at this time. If you want to add more acreens, you have two options: 1) Create another campaign, add your ad file and budget (recommended) (*) 2) Delete your current campaign and create a new one with more displays (*) the option 1 is recommended because Digital Signage Owners have to approve your campaign before it starts to play. If you delete and recreate the campaign for all the displays, displays already approved will have to be approved again, and it sometimes takes time, depending on how often the DSO access his/her e-mail !

How should I request for my account to be verifies by adMooh?
The account verification process is very simple: the stamp to “verified account” is given to accounts compliant to adMooH guideline, in special for display rules and integrity.
